Your privacy matters.

GYM THIRTEEN uses optional, first-party website analytics to understand total visitors, page views and interest in memberships, personal training, gym tours and franchises. The analytics feature only activates in your browser after you select Allow analytics.

What is collected?

After you opt in, your browser creates a random visitor identifier and a per-tab session identifier. We record those identifiers as one-way, server-keyed hashes, the page path (without search terms), the time, and the type of action clicked. We do not send your name, phone number, WhatsApp conversation, form answers, passwords or payment information to this analytics system.

How are statistics used?

Our authorised Owner uses counts to improve our website and training enquiry experience. The private dashboard reports approximate unique browsers, visits, pages viewed, and clicks on enquiry buttons. A button click is not proof that you sent a message, booked a session or purchased anything.

Analytics preferences

You may decline optional analytics. You can also change your choice at any time; withdrawing permission prevents future tracking on this device and clears its locally stored analytics identifiers. Previously recorded pseudonymous events are held in our private analytics database until deleted by the administrator. Contact us if you have questions or wish to request their deletion.
